NORFOLK LAKES PARK
Cnr McKenzie Avenue and McDonald Drive, Narangba.
A lovely little park situated on Norfolk Lake. Bring some bread to share with our feathered friends, you may also spot a fresh water turtle.
Plenty of flat walking/bike paths to be explored in this area. There are bbqs and shaded seating for gatherings, as well as a drink fountain.
Platypus Pocket is a small playground with bike paths and road signs, located on Maidenhair drive.
There is a small climbing structure with slide, swings and sand as the soft fall. The equipment is better suited to younger children. It features a drinking fountain, but no shaded seating or BBQs. It is connected by walking paths to one of Narangba’s most popular parks – Creekside corner, or what’s more commonly known as Spider Park.
One of Narangbas most popular parks, Creekside Corner (or Spider/Spiderman Park) offers a little bit of everything, a great park for kids of all ages. Located on Maidenhair Drive in the Creekside estate.
Backing onto bush land with a fence between it and the quiet street, it’s a great place to relax with family or hold a party. There are BBQs, shaded seating, drinking fountain, paths for bikes and scooters and most importantly a great playground. The only thing missing is a toilet.
Recently upgraded, Goanna Place offers open area to kick a ball and shady trees to set up a picnic blanket. This little park is located on Palmer Place in Forest Ridge Estate.
Features include a drinking fountain, rubbish bin, bench seats, but for something completely different, a large concrete goanna for the kids to climb on!

Located at the end of Golden Wattle Drive, Greenway Central or Flying Fox park is the perfect spot for a BBQ or party with family and friends. Always a buzz with activity, the park offers a cricket pitch, large flat areas to kick a ball, drinking fountain, BBQs and covered picnic tables, toddler play area and a separate large structure for older kids. But undoubtedly the biggest attraction to this park is the recently renovated flying fox.
On the outskirts of the park there is a bush area where you can learn about native tree species of the area. Bring your bike or comfortable shoes and follow the kilometres of flat walking paths through the greenways.

A small park in a quiet location, it is best suited to younger children.
There is plenty of fun playground equipment to amuse the kids.
The park also has a covered pinic table with a bbq and drinking fountain.
This is a well hidden little park, located on Tamarillo Cct in Narangba.
It has 5 swings, a great fort with a slide and a covered seating area with a bbq.
There is also a great grassed area for playing games with balls.
Lions Park, Narangba
This park is located on Cottontree Drive in Narangba.
It is fenced but is currently missing the gate.
It has a lovely little fort with a double slide and a covered pinic table, as well as a large climbing frame nearby.
There is no shade on the playground so avoid the hottest part of the day.
There is also a large grassed area for the kids to play a game of soccer or football.
