Vegemite and Cheese Scrolls 

 

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry

  • 2-3 tbs vegemite

  • ¾ cup grated cheese

 

 

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 220C

  2. Allow pastry to thaw

  3. Once thawed, spread with vegemite

  4. Sprinkle over cheese

  5. Roll into a log

  6. Slice into 1cm pieces

  7. Place on a greased baking tray

  8. Cook in oven for 12-15 min

  9. Allow to cool slightly before eating

100 Cookies 

 

Makes 100+ cookies...

 

Ingredients

  • 500g butter

  • ½ cup sugar

  • 5 cups SR flour

  • 1 can condensed milk

 

 

Instructions

  1. Cream sugar, butter and condensed milk

  2. Add flour,slowly mix to combine

  3. Divide into 4 portions

  4. Add desired ingredients to each portion. Such as 100&1000′s choc chips, nuts, sultanas, white chocolate & coconut.

  5. Freeze cookie dough logs to use another day

  6. Roll tablespoon mixture into balls, flatten slightly

  7. Bake for 10-12min, or until golden

Lemonade Scones

 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups self-raising flour, sifted

  • ¼ cup caster sugar

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ cup thick cream

  • ½ cup lemonade

  • 1 tbs milk

 

 

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C. Lightly grease a baking tray

  2. Place the flour, sugar and ½ teaspoon salt in a large bowl

  3. Add the cream and lemonade and mix to form a soft dough

  4. Mix together with spoon or hands until combined

  5. Place large spoonfuls of dough onto baking tray, flatten slightly if you can.

  6. Brush the tops with some milk.

  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes until lightly browned.

3 Ingredient Mini Muffins

 

Ingredients

  • 1cup SR Flour

  • 3 tblsn Sugar

  • 1 cup thickened cream

 

 

 

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients

  2. Add flavours of choice: e.g. banana; choc chips; raspberry & white choc drops

  3. Place in greased mini muffn tin

  4. Cook for 12-15 min, 180C oven.
