Vegemite and Cheese Scrolls
Ingredients

1 sheet puff pastry
-
2-3 tbs vegemite
-
¾ cup grated cheese
Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 220C
-
Allow pastry to thaw
-
Once thawed, spread with vegemite
-
Sprinkle over cheese
-
Roll into a log
-
Slice into 1cm pieces
-
Place on a greased baking tray
-
Cook in oven for 12-15 min
-
Allow to cool slightly before eating

100 Cookies
Makes 100+ cookies...
Ingredients

500g butter
-
½ cup sugar
-
5 cups SR flour
-
1 can condensed milk
Instructions
-
Cream sugar, butter and condensed milk
-
Add flour,slowly mix to combine
-
Divide into 4 portions
-
Add desired ingredients to each portion. Such as 100&1000′s choc chips, nuts, sultanas, white chocolate & coconut.

Freeze cookie dough logs to use another day
-
Roll tablespoon mixture into balls, flatten slightly
-
Bake for 10-12min, or until golden

Lemonade Scones
Ingredients

2 cups self-raising flour, sifted
-
¼ cup caster sugar
-
½ tsp salt
-
½ cup thick cream
-
½ cup lemonade
-
1 tbs milk
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 220°C. Lightly grease a baking tray
-
Place the flour, sugar and ½ teaspoon salt in a large bowl
-
Add the cream and lemonade and mix to form a soft dough
-
Mix together with spoon or hands until combined
-
Place large spoonfuls of dough onto baking tray, flatten slightly if you can.
-
Brush the tops with some milk.
-
Bake for 10-15 minutes until lightly browned.

3 Ingredient Mini Muffins
Ingredients

1cup SR Flour
-
3 tblsn Sugar
-
1 cup thickened cream
Instructions

Combine all ingredients
-
Add flavours of choice: e.g. banana; choc chips; raspberry & white choc drops
-
Place in greased mini muffn tin
-
Cook for 12-15 min, 180C oven.
